Terms of Service

Effective 13 August 2026

These public terms supplement any signed commercial agreement. Local tax, employment, consumer and record-keeping law remains the restaurant's responsibility.

Authorized use

RasoiKhata may be used by authorized restaurant personnel for menus, tables, ordering, kitchen tickets, billing, settlement, reporting, staff access, synchronization, backups and related operations.

Accounts and access

Users must protect credentials and use their assigned role. Administrators must promptly disable departed staff and restrict high-impact operations such as deletion, restoration and financial correction.

Operational responsibility

The restaurant must verify menu prices, taxes, charges, customer disclosures, printer setup, payment receipt and reports. Printing a bill is not proof that payment was received.

Acceptable use

Users must not bypass permissions, access another restaurant, alter audit history, upload malicious content, misuse customer information, falsify records or interfere with service availability.

Subscriptions and external services

Subscription availability, renewal, cancellation and refunds follow the applicable storefront or commercial agreement. Printers, payment providers, internet access and operating systems are external dependencies.

Availability and changes

Maintenance and third-party outages can affect service. Backward-compatible updates may be delivered automatically. Material workflow changes remain disabled by default until an administrator enables them.

Termination and export

Before planned closure, an administrator should export required records and complete staff offboarding. Certain financial, audit or dispute records may be retained as described in the retention policy.
